Responsibilities
- Being responsible for all aspects of international sales
- Maintaining relationship with existing clients and bringing in new clients.
- Managing and executing marketing and sales plan according to the plan and sales target.
- Initiating marketing activities to drive revenue and increase market share
- Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve their problems.
- Coordinating after-sales operation with the factory in accordance to the order process
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-year-working experience in export sales management in the FMCG industry (food, snacks or beverages ONLY)
- Good command of English
- Result-oriented, & able to handle pressure /complaint
